HISTORY OF TEA

The tea is made from Camellia Sinensis plant as all teas, oxidation and processing are what sets black tea apart. Premium black teas are wilted, rolled, oxidized and kiln-fired, creating a warm, toasted flavor. Each batch of tea the ALMAELIM brand goes through an exhaustive process of selection from teas originating from over 100 tea estates and samples running into thousands every month.
